无法发送所有推送，错误：Connections could not be acq

从 在线推送说成功，但是推送记录里面一直没有记录 继续讨论：

我直接改成生产模式了，但是感觉还是很不稳定，今天是一直都无法推送，我们应用的情况是：

• app id: 97xUGlNqGuXVYLPEys7Rs6dN-gzGzoHsz
• 推送id，比如说：NmPgMnVFrx8MAwpl, TAWKl3wXUn14e8kD
