用curl調用REST API遇到http 100怎麼處理

用curl發送6k左右的JSON，遇到http 100後停止運行，應該如何處理這個情況？

用curl调用rest api，post一个6k的json，发现http 1.1/100 continue导致curl停止。 修改curl命令，用-H "Expect:"或者-0，迫使curl在收到response前发送全部文本。avosapps.com报错： content-type: application/json Content-Length: 6001 < HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway < Server: nginx < Date: Wed, 05 Aug 2015 01:57:04 GMT < Content-Type: text/html < Content-Length: 166 < Connection: keep-alive 貌似avosapps.com无法接受大文本post，求证。
