文件存储服务url跳转localhost

访问文件存储服务中的mp4文件，有时跳转到localhost。
怀疑之前因为开发中的代码问题，产生过多请求被ban。
现在工作电脑无法正常访问url，但是手机连接4G网络可以正常使用。

这种情况是被ban了吗，之前的代码已修复，希望了解一下封禁规则。

不会因为过多请求而禁止访问。而且即使封禁（比如因为域名未备案），也不会跳转到 localhost。这个更像是您电脑的 dns 配置的问题，请检查 hosts 文件或尝试更换 dns 服务器（比如浏览器可以尝试配置 dns over https）。

我检查了host没有多余内容，并且试了百度阿里和114的dns都出现了偶尔会跳转localhost的问题。

补充：即使使用wget也会出现同样的问题，另外这个问题用户也遇到了，不想是我这里的配置问题。
